Terms of use

The game

Game Cities is free and supported by ads. It is under continuous development: features, rules, items and balance may change, and the service may go offline for maintenance.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secret. Use a valid email of your own. Do not use someone else’s account, and do not sell, lend or transfer accounts.

Conduct

• Do not use cheats, bots, programs that modify the game or exploits to gain an advantage — the server checks actions and may undo irregular results.
• In chat and in character names, do not post insults, harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, spam or other people’s personal data.
• Do not try to break into, overload or disrupt the server, the API or other players.

Virtual items and currencies

Gold, chips, items and characters are part of the game and have no value outside it: they are not sold for real money, cannot be exchanged for money, goods or prizes, and are not the player’s property. The casino’s poker, blackjack and slot machines are simulations with in-game chips — there is no real-money betting.

Content and intellectual property

The code, art, text and brand of Game Cities belong to their authors. Map data and third-party resources (OpenStreetMap, Google, Cesium, sounds, music, animations and models) belong to their owners and are used under the licenses listed on the About page. Real places appear only as a fictional setting: the game has no connection with the owners of the buildings or the brands seen on the streets.

Ads

The game may show third-party ads, such as Google AdSense ads. Do not click ads just to support the game — artificial clicks are forbidden by advertising rules. Advertised products are the advertiser’s responsibility.

Suspension and deletion

Accounts that break these terms may be suspended or deleted, along with their progress. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time at contato@dashify.net.

Warranties and liability

The game is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous operation, freedom from errors or that progress will never be lost. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the game. Nothing here limits the rights consumer protection law gives you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change; the new version applies from its publication on this page, with the date at the top. Continuing to play after that means you accept the new version.
